WHAT IS EMDR?
EMDR is a therapy that allows the body to heal itself naturally. I refer to EMDR as "magic" as this therapy is life changing. EMDR is an integrative approach to treatment and differs from other types of psychotherapy because it utilizes the mind and body to reprocess traumatic experiences. I think trauma is subjective, if there is something getting in your way, you don't need it. Let's work together to clear it out!
